Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
No. Most recurring clients provide access instructions (a code, a lockbox, or a key) and go about their day. If you'd rather be present for the first visit to walk through priorities, that's fine too.
What if I need to skip or reschedule a visit?+
Just let us know ahead of time. Recurring plans are flexible around holidays, travel, or a one-off scheduling conflict — they're built around your life, not the other way around.
